Ingredient Weight Converter (“the site,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Nathan Management, based in California, United States. This policy explains what data the site collects, how it's used, and what your choices are.

1. Information we collect directly from you

The site does not provide an on-page contact form. If you contact us by email, the message and the sender information supplied by your email service are processed by the email providers involved in delivery. We use that information to review and respond to the message, maintain related correspondence, and address the site issue it describes.

2. Information collected automatically

2.1 Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request data when you load a page: IP address, requested URL, the page that referred you, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of the request. Vercel retains these logs for operational purposes (debugging, abuse prevention) on a rolling window. We do not use them for marketing.

2.2 Advertising and analytics cookies

The global Google AdSense account tag is present so Google can verify and review this site. The site is not approved and no active ad unit is configured today: an ad unit is rendered only after Google supplies a real numeric slot ID and that ID is deliberately enabled in a later deployment. If ads are enabled after approval, Google and its certified partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where the visitor has consented.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You may also opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

3. Use of data

Contact emails are used to review and respond to messages and maintain related correspondence. Server logs are used to operate and secure the site. No active AdSense ad unit is configured in this build. If that changes, this policy will change in the same deployment. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us at hello@nathanmanagement.pro and we will delete the information.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (notably the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of those rights, email hello@nathanmanagement.pro with the request and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Third-party links

Where this site links to outside resources (such as USDA FoodData Central or King Arthur Baking), we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Read their policies before sharing information with them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
