These Terms govern your use of Ingredient Weight Converter (the “site”), operated by Nathan Management (“we,” “us”) from California, United States. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

1. The information on this site is not medical or dietary advice

The conversions, density figures, and baking notes on this site are general information for cooks and bakers. They are not nutritional advice, medical advice, or dietary guidance. If you have a food allergy, an eating disorder, a metabolic condition, or any other health concern related to food, consult a licensed professional before relying on anything you read here.

2. Accuracy and reliance

Every public base value must match an exact one-cup row, ingredient form, and gram value in the cited baking chart. Estimates, source ranges, comparator-only matches, and scaled smaller-volume measures are excluded. Real measurements can still vary with brand, form, and filling method. Package or recipe-author weights for the exact ingredient take priority over this general table.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site for personal cooking, baking, recipe development, and professional reference. You may not:

• Scrape or systematically copy our content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt the site through automated traffic or attacks.
• Use any content from the site to train machine-learning models without written permission.
• Misrepresent the source of content from this site when republishing.

4. Content ownership

All written content, including the ingredient reference notes and blog posts, is © 2026 Nathan Management. You may link to the site freely, quote short passages with attribution, and share the converter results from your own recipes. Republishing large blocks of our text without permission is not allowed.

5. Advertising

This site is connected to Google AdSense for ownership verification and review, but it is not approved and no active ad unit is configured in this build. If real numeric ad-unit IDs are enabled after approval, the advertising and privacy sections will be updated in the same deployment. See our Privacy Policy for the exact live state.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nathan Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, even if we were advised of the possibility of those damages.
